Privacy policy

Updated 23 August 2026 · English translation, the French version prevails

1 · Data controller

SIGNS, a société par actions simplifiée with share capital of 10,000 euros, 52 avenue Pierre Sémard, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France, RCS Créteil 851 521 468. Contact: [email protected].

SIGNS has not appointed a data protection officer, as one is not required for the processing described below.

2 · Processing operations

OperationDataPurposeLegal basisRetention
Contact email Address, message content Answering your request Pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b) or legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) As long as it takes, at most three years after the last exchange
Application waiting list Email address, page language, date Telling you when the application ships, on 15 September 2026 Consent (art. 6.1.a), given by leaving your address Until that message, then three months at most
Technical logs IP address, requests Running and securing the service Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) Set by the host, see its own policy

That is all. This site has no account and no analytics. The only field it offers is the waiting list, and it asks for an address and nothing else: no name, no company, no telephone. Leaving it is a choice, and there is nothing else to fill in.

3 · Recipients and processors

No data is sold, rented or passed on to any other recipient.

4 · Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare and Microsoft are United States companies. The resulting transfers are framed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies are certified, and by standard contractual clauses.

5 · Cookies

This site sets no cookie, uses no tracker and loads no third-party script. There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. Should analytics ever be added, it will be picked from the list of consent-exempt solutions published by the CNIL, and this page will be updated.

6 · Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, withdrawal of your consent at any time for the processing that relies on it, and the right to give directions on what becomes of your data after your death. To exercise them: [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

7 · Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. It has no database: there is no password to protect because there is no account.

8 · Automated decision-making

No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken automatically from this site.

9 · The FULLCUT application and your rushes

The question that matters to an editor: do your rushes go off to a server? No. The picture and the sound never leave your machine, and transcription runs locally, on your own graphics card.

The transcribed text does leave, but only for the steps that call an online model, and the screen names which ones before running them. Those calls go to the artificial intelligence provider you have chosen and set up with your own key: they then fall under that provider's terms, in the account that belongs to you.

The application sends no data to SIGNS: no account, no telemetry, no usage statistics.

Updates to this policy

This page describes what is actually in place at the date shown at the top. Any change to the processing will be published as a dated update. The first one known: the opening of online sales, which will add the merchant that collects the payments.
