These terms govern the trial of the FULLCUT application and, once online sales open, the purchase of usage licenses. FULLCUT is published by SIGNS, a SAS with share capital of 10,000 euros, 52 avenue Pierre Sémard, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France, RCS Créteil 851 521 468. Contact: [email protected].
Online sales will be operated by a merchant of record: it is that merchant who becomes your seller in the legal sense: it takes the payment, collects the tax of your country, issues the invoice and handles refunds. Its identity and its own terms are shown on the checkout page at the time of order. As long as that checkout page does not exist, no sale is concluded on this site.
FULLCUT is a desktop application that prepares your edits inside DaVinci Resolve Studio: sorting the shoot, transcription, first versions. It needs:
The optional generation engines (video, image, music, voice) use your accounts and your keys with their respective providers: their licenses and their prices are your own and are not sold by FULLCUT.
The application runs for fourteen days with no key, no payment card and no account. The trial is not a contract of sale: when it ends, the application asks for a license key and nothing is charged to you.
Prices are shown excluding tax. The applicable VAT is that of your country of residence: it is added to the price shown, it is calculated and collected by the merchant, and the exact amount you pay, tax included, is shown to you before you confirm the order.
The order is placed on the merchant's checkout page. Delivery is immediate: a license key is emailed to you, and the application downloads from this site. The key is activated inside the application.
You have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, French law provides an exception (article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code), and here is exactly how it works with us:
Proof of your choice is confirmed to you on a durable medium, with its date.
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). For any question or claim: [email protected].
The purchase opens a personal right to use the application. The exact scope of each offer is summarised on the checkout page at the time of order and in your confirmation: machines covered, duration, updates included. The license key is personal: it is not resold and not shared beyond the machines covered.
What becomes of your data, and of your rushes, is described in the privacy policy. The heart of it fits in one sentence: the picture and the sound never leave your machine.
Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the mediator SIGNS subscribes to will be published on this page before sales open.
These terms are drafted in French and governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence. This English text is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
